Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to the purchase of the Digital Product ("The Flow Overdrive") sold via The Flow Chaser website, with the transaction handled by Gumroad.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Product Nature

The Ebook is a Digital Product provided on a non-material medium.

  • In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal (or right to cancel) is generally excluded for digital content once performance (download/access) has begun, provided the consumer has expressly consented to the commencement of performance and has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

  • Irreversible Sale: By accepting these Terms and Conditions and proceeding with the immediate purchase and download of the Digital Product, the Buyer expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • Consequence: The sale is considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed and the file has been made available for download.

2. Refund Policy (Exclusion)

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or failure to read the file, due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital goods.

  • Sole Exception (Technical Defect): The only case where a refund will be considered is in the presence of a severe, verifiable technical defect within the digital file itself that prevents its use (e.g., the file is corrupt or incomplete). This is only applicable if the defect cannot be resolved by providing a working replacement file or download link.

3. Delivery and Support Procedure

The entire payment, delivery, and management process is delegated to Gumroad (our Merchant of Record).

  • Delivery: The delivery of the file is instantaneous. Immediately after payment, the Buyer will receive a valid download link via email directly from Gumroad.

  • Payment Disputes: For issues related to the transaction, payment processing, or the tax receipt, the Buyer must contact Gumroad's support team directly, as they manage the financial transaction.

  • Refund Requests (Exception Only): Any request related to the sole exception (technical defect) must be submitted to us via email at doctoresai0@gmail.com, providing proof of purchase from Gumroad and a clear description of the technical issue.

4. Buyer Responsibility

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring their device (PC, tablet, smartphone) is capable of opening and reading the Digital Product's format (e.g., PDF, ePub). Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility issues arising from the Buyer’s device.
