These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the access and use of The Flow Chaser's Website (the "Site") and the purchase of our Digital Product (the "Ebook"). By accessing the Site and purchasing the Ebook, you fully accept these T&C.
1. Definitions and Seller Information
Seller (TFC) Refers to the author of the Ebook (Constantine), operating as an individual under Italian Intellectual Property Law.
Digital Product (Ebook) Refers to the digital file "[The Flow Overdrive]".
MOR (Merchant of Record) Refers to the platform Gumroad, which handles payment processing, VAT collection, and tax receipt issuance to the Buyer.

2. Product Purchase and Transaction Authority
The purchase of the Digital Product is processed by redirecting the Buyer to the Gumroad checkout service.
Transaction Management The payment transaction, including the collection of funds and the issuance of the final receipt to the Buyer, is managed entirely by Gumroad as the Merchant of Record.
VAT/Sales Tax Gumroad is legally responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting the correct VAT/sales tax based on the Buyer's location. The Seller (TFC) is not responsible for the collection of these taxes.
Seller's Income The Seller's income from the transaction is considered a royalty/commission for the assignment of Intellectual Property rights.
3. Intellectual Property Rights and Limited License
All intellectual property rights for the Digital Product and the Site's content are reserved by the Seller.
Personal Use License The purchase grants the Buyer a Personal, Non-Transferable Use License of the Ebook. The file is for the Buyer's sole, personal reading.
Prohibitions The Buyer must not, under any circumstances:
Copy, reproduce, sell, lend, share, or redistribute the Ebook content or file.
Upload the Ebook to file-sharing networks (P2P) or make it publicly available.
Digital Watermarking The Buyer acknowledges that the Ebook file may contain visible and/or invisible digital markers (watermarks) for tracing unauthorized distribution. Violation of this license will result in the immediate termination of the license and legal action.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
Waiver of Right to Cancel In accordance with consumer protection law regarding digital content supplied immediately, the Buyer, by agreeing to these T&C and initiating the download, expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.
Refunds Refunds are governed by the dedicated Refund and Returns Policy available on the Site, which excludes refunds except in cases of unresolved technical file defects.
5. Site Content and Liability
The information and services on the Site are provided "as is."
Content Disclaimer The Ebook provides information and suggestions and is not a substitute for professional, medical, or financial advice. The Site is primarily a marketing and landing page.
General Liability The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer govern all liabilities arising under this agreement.

7. Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
